Develop future Role Models and encourage schools to promote and develop football.
To promote and  vigorously promote  awareness  at all schools  especially  in girls football . 

• Forging partnerships with clubs, Departments  and organizations with the same  vision

•  Promoting and creating platforms for the players  Locally, Nationally and Globally 

• To work with individuals and partner organizations to establish strong links to ensure Da Block Stars fc to deliver programs and projects that inspire and improve  the standard of football to a high performance level

•  Support player development partway from grassroots  to Elite football  

• To offer coaching and competitive opportunities, in sports pending on funds.

• To Manage training sessions with Qualified coaches and officials  

• To promote the personal development for all members affiliated to the club. From  players, volunteers, administrators and coaches

• Allow opportunities to enhance and increase individual skills. 

• To Link education(school) with sports 

• To establish a sports school
